As you drive under highway bridges, take a glance up...... Look at the structural steel spanning the roadway you're on..... Some will look freshly painted, indicating that they've recently been refurbished or rebuilt......we're not talking about these bridges, we're concerned with the bridges with badly rusted steel, spalling or broken concrete and exposed rusted reinforcing bars that used to be embedded in the concrete. Dangerous?
